Lençóis - Bahia Transfer

Lençóis is approximately 420 km from Salvador Airport, located in the central region of the interior of the state of Bahia. This journey usually takes around 7 hours.

Lençóis has a small airport, about 25 km from the city center. There are no flights every day of the week and, in general, airlines use smaller aircraft, such as turboprops, and also share operations due to low demand.

For passengers wishing to travel to Lençóis from Salvador Airport, we suggest looking for flights that arrive in Salvador before 7:00am. This will allow you to be in Lençóis before 3:00pm. For the return trip, the ideal is for your chosen flight to take off from Salvador airport after 7:00pm. This will allow you to leave Lençóis around 8:00am and be at Salvador Airport around 5:00pm.

How do you get to Lençóis? You have to go from Salvador Airport to Salvador Bus Station. The journey should take around 30 minutes. At the bus station you will board the only bus line that runs between Salvador and Lençóis, with daily trips (outward and return). To return from Lençóis to Salvador, the route is reversed.
