If you have a problem and can not travel, it is possible to keep your payment with us and when you have the new travel date we change the reservations. Or you can request the return of the amounts paid.

For each type of service there is a policy of changes and cancellations of reservations, and the respective percentages of returns of the amounts paid . In each voucher you have the information.

Also the return of the amounts paid we make through PayPal, where you can transfer to the bank account.

Yes. To send a payment coupon to each person in the group we need to have everyone’s e-mails.
